We stand behind every report we deliver. If something isn't right, we make it right. Last updated: July 2026.
If your report contains an error or we made a mistake on our end, you are protected. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll review your case promptly.
Refund requests are accepted when one of the following applies:
The vehicle data in your report does not match the VIN or HIN you provided.
Your report is missing key sections or data fields listed as included in your plan.
A system or processing error on our end caused a failure in delivering or generating your report.
You did not receive your report via email within 8 hours of your confirmed purchase.
⚠️ Refunds are not issued simply because the vehicle history was unfavorable or because you changed your mind after purchase. Digital reports are considered delivered once sent to your email.
Send your request to info@vehiclesaudit.com with the subject: "Refund Request – [Your Order Number]"
Order number, email used at checkout, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting screenshots.
Our team reviews all complaints within 5–7 business days.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

All payments on Vehicles Audit are processed securely through Whop, our authorized payment processor. Your bank or credit card statement will show a charge from Whop or an authorized merchant descriptor associated with your order.
⚠️ If you do not recognize a charge on your statement, please contact us at info@vehiclesaudit.com before raising a dispute with your bank. We will resolve any issue promptly.
By placing an order on Vehicles Audit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy in full. Vehicles Audit reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
